These Terms govern your use of the MirRehab mobile application. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1 Medical disclaimer — please read
- Always consult a qualified healthcare professional or therapist before starting or changing a rehabilitation program.
- Stop and seek medical attention if you feel pain, dizziness, or any adverse symptom.
- You use the app and perform any exercise at your own risk.
2 Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract to use MirRehab. Minors may use the app only with the involvement and consent of a parent, guardian, or supervising clinician, who agrees to these Terms on their behalf.
3 Your account
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4 Acceptable use
- No unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent use.
- No offensive, infringing, or privacy-violating content or display names.
- No disrupting, reverse-engineering, or unauthorized access to the app or its systems.
- No interfering with other users or manipulating leaderboards.
5 User content
You are responsible for content you submit, such as your display name and any uploaded photos. Your display name, level, and XP may be shown publicly on leaderboards. You grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely to operate the app. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share.
6 Intellectual property
The app — including its software, design, graphics, and the MirRehab name and logo — is owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works except as permitted by law.
7 Third-party services & privacy
The app relies on third-party services (Google Firebase, Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple), which have their own terms and privacy policies. Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
8 Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that movement tracking will be accurate.
9 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app, including any injury from exercises performed. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some may not apply to you.
10 Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or for any lawful reason. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. Disclaimers and liability limits survive termination.
11 Changes, governing law & contact
We may update these Terms; material changes update the effective date above, and continued use means acceptance.
